AlohaFest Toronto 2017

Come check us out! Our first event – AlohaFest Toronto 2017.

*Free admission & kid friendly*

The 3rd Annual AlohaFest Toronto will take place rain or shine on Saturday July 29th, 2017 from 11 am to 7 pm at Mel Lastman Square, Toronto and will include dance and musical performances, food and crafts.

Halau Hula I Ka La Toronto presents its third year of Alohafest Toronto. The mission of AlohaFest Toronto is to educate the Greater Toronto community about the Aloha spirit by uniting the multiple hula hālau (hula schools) and other Polynesian-inspired organizations and businesses to showcase Polynesian culture, art and dance.

Over the past two years, we have shared the Aloha spirit with over thousands of people through engaging cultural performances, cool kids’ crafts and unique items available at the AlohaFest Marketplace. AlohaFest Toronto is one of the few places in the city where guests can indulge in both local favourites and unique Hawaiian treats. Our Social Media campaign successfully engaged followers with relevant and interactive content such as contests and Snapchat geofilters. Pre-event coverage by local media outlets including blogto.comToronto4Kids.com and680news.com drove steady traffic to each event throughout the day.

We invite you to join us at Torontoʻs original and only united celebration of Polynesian culture.
